I think she's on to something....

I love the fact that there’s no definite beginning or end, whichacknowledges the fact that all teachers come to a school with differenthistory and different needs. Not everyone will need to start with “fullcollaboration” when they come to ISB because they might have alreadydone something like that at a previous school.
